Day 26 of the 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge: A compliment that’s stayed with you.

Answer: My favorite compliment is when someone forwards a photo of a heart or unusual photo and they tell me that it reminded them of me or they thought it looked like something I would see. I share my photos in the hope that I can help others view the world through a different lens and to celebrate life’s little gifts. So anytime others notice small blessings and let me know I had a hand in it, I feel like I’m fulfilling my purpose.

But the two most satisfying shares came from my own kids.

My kids spotted a good day and a heart…and they told me they thought of me. Is there a higher compliment than these? And they will always stay with me. (Of course the sneakers in the photo only add to my gratitude.)
