A little downtown stroll with my fur boy this evening, right by the Farmers Market and the Christmas Market. I so enjoyed watching families search for their perfect tree and strap their winning selection atop their vehicles. There was excitement, anticipation and happiness in the air, as well as the gorgeous scent of fresh evergreens.

What an unexpectedly wonderful Christmas experience just by taking a walk.

Answer: I actually gasped a little at the remarkable timing of this prompt. I don’t want to offer details about someone else’s story, but I am able to say that someone I love received the medical report that my family has been praying for. While there were numerous small joys today, this was the Good Thing that happened today. Thanks be to God.
