Cheat Sheet…

I had to laugh when I received my daily email from Tiny Buddha this morning with the subject “100 Reasons to be Grateful Today.” I had just said in yesterday’s blog post that I wanted to start working on a gratitude list. Only mine wasn’t as ambitious as a list of 100 things. I could totally use these to cheat!! (I won’t, however.) 

Today I was grateful for…

The lingering hours of daylight that allow me to be active outdoors until late in the evening.

A sincere hug of comfort at a moment of total vulnerability.

Feeling healthy and strong – and noticing that training is resulting in improvements.

Photos were taken during a long, hot,  sweaty, and fabulous bike ride this evening.
