Went for a long walk with Tanner this evening after work for no other reason than we could. It’s spring, it’s beautiful…why not. So I grabbed my camera just in case.

Oh, the variety of colors, shapes, sizes and scents.

Lest it appear that my only focus is flowers nowadays, may I present this.

As we walked, I pointed this out to Tanner and said, “This is what you’d get if Picasso made trees.” Tanner, staring at me blankly, says, “Who’s that?”
Ouch.
But when we got home, I did a quick google image search and texted him this:

I’m happy to report that he then understood my joke.

I knew that art degree of mine would come in handy eventually.
