Day 29 of the 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge: A secret delight.

Answer: I actually laughed a bit at this prompt. I’m not sure what this prompt is going for, but I had a vision of eating a pint of Haagen Dazs and reading a Harlequin romance novel in bed with my comforter pulled over my head or something.

I’m not secretive about the things in my life — especially the things in which I take delight. Everything from Forest Park (shown above) to Hello Kitty to colorful sneakers to Funko collectibles to my dog…I love to share. But as I thought about it, one thing that delights me that I typically keep to myself is this blog. A few close family members and friends keep up with it, but it’s just not something I share. I don’t mind if folks learn about it, but I just do it because I enjoy it.
