Wasn’t expecting that

I took a stroll through the Botanical Garden today and saw a number of blooms that surprised me. And here I thought that all of the fall colors had faded!

Did you know that an iris can bloom in the fall? I sure didn’t.
This is the remnant of a large plant that had been cut back for the winter. I thought it was a trip.
Even Shaw wears a mask.
