Today’s leaf report.

I had to take the photo inside because I collected these leaves during a walk that I couldn’t finish before dark — for the first time this season. I’ve been dreading this.

Although I did manage to spot and take a photo of a little tar heart before I needed a flashlight.

My dog does not understand my need to collect leaves during our walks, but he still can’t wait to go. And there is no saying no to this face.
