Somewhere along the line, I blinked and my baby grew up.
I wish I could remember exactly when it happened.
Nevertheless, here we are, celebrating my youngest son’s last year as a teenager.
Big birthday wishes, sweet boy. And to borrow from the words of one the greatest one-hit wonders of all time, The Spiral Starecase, I love you more today than yesterday, but not as much as tomorrow.

A very happy birthday to you, Tanner! At the risk of embarrassing you (which I hope I don’t!) I remember when you were just a little baby, and it’s hard to believe you are 19 today. You have turned into a wonderful young man; one that I know your Mom is very, very proud of.
