Purple coneflowers are all over the place in our little downtown. I walked around for a bit tonight and I felt that strange little tug of gratitude at my heart. I love where I live. There’s no place quite like it.
Which reminds me. In case you are interested…my sketchbook has been digitized and you can look through it here. My theme was “if you lived here.” Or something like that.
I’m trying to decide if I should submit another one this year. I enjoyed this exercise so much last time. I just don’t know that I have the time to do it again.
