Some colleagues and I met at a neat little place for a small celebration earlier this evening.
Those are swings at the bar! And this booth was kinda fun, too.
Above photos were taken with a new Hipstamatic lens that came out today. I’ve been looking forward to that for quite some time. But I’m excited about a couple of other things that are coming up early next week:
– Tuesday is the 100-Day Giant Panda Cub celebration at Zoo Atlanta — and the new cub gets his name, keeping with Chinese tradition. I didn’t see a voting contest with this one. So it will be interesting to see what the little fella’s name is.
– Monday and Tuesday is the Westminster Dog Show. Oh, I’m so excited. Go pugs!!
– And then, of course, there’s Valentine’s Day. I know it’s a made up, evil, consumer holiday and all that, but I actually like it. There’s something so fun about wandering through the Valentine’s Day aisle, surrounded by a sea of reds and hot pinks. And it’s a perfect excuse to make some treats.
