Thanks, Amy! Most of my recipes come from the book Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. But both of the recipes from these two batches came from the web. The root beer float came from a blog called Cupcake Confessional and the peppermint vanilla came from Oprah's website, oddly enough. But I always tend to go back to the vegans. They're just so good.
