Today I picked up some film I’d had developed and the photos are a total mess. I don’t know what I did or how I did it, but something went amuck. While most of the results are unsalvageable, I really love this one.
I’m truly grateful for this one strange little outlier; its odd beauty has reminded me that it’s okay to make mistakes. It’s evidence that I’m trying.
I’ll embrace my imperfect effort and move on.

either there is something wrong with your camera or somehow the film canister was damaged or they messed up during the processing.
just looking at this photo, i would say they messed up during processing

I think I didn’t shut the back of the camera all the way. So i think it’s operator error. 😊
