Started the season off at my favorite place with one of my favorite events — the Garden Glow! I took my Little Sister and her mom with me in celebration of my Little’s birthday (after a trip to Build-a-Bear).

It was my Little’s mom’s first trip to the Garden, let alone the Garden Glow. She was awed by the whole experience. In fact, she thought that the ginkgo leaves that were carpeting the ground were placed there by Garden staff. It was pretty magical.

This was my Little’s new friend. We made this little troll friend for her birthday.

I don’t know what she wished, but she put a lot of thought into this.

This is likely one of a few trips I’ll take to the Glow. And it was a good one.
