This sad little guy grabbed my attention on the sidewalk while I was running tonight. My first thought was that he was a casualty of someone walking with a stroller. But then I decided it felt better to believe that he was resting after a rough chew and play session with the bulldog whose yard was nearby – and that the bulldog would be out shortly to retrieve his friend.
