Tanner’s spring orchestra concert was Monday. The last of his high school career.
One of many “lasts” happening in our house this month.
Then…
Tuesday & Wednesday – he played in his last tennis team district championship.
Thursday & Friday – he played his last individual district championship (he won!).
Followed by…
Next week: his last day of high school.
Next weekend: graduation.
Following weekend: his last state high school championship.
And THEN….he turns 18.
And THEN…that’s it. My kids will officially be grown.
Two college students. Moving towards careers.
They’ll both be voting in the next election, for crying out loud.
Can somebody please slow all of this down??
It’s like a gigantic snowball that continues to gain momentum as it plows downhill.
Stop it, stop it, STOP it!!
Argh!!!
