We’ve lived in the same place for several years now and somehow it has escaped me that my neighbor has a ginormous lilac bush in her back yard. Really? How on earth did I miss this? 
Lilacs are so perfect. The scent, the color, its impeccable spring timing…it’s one of my favorite things in the world.

– Live webstream of an eagle’s nest…with babies poised to make their debut at any moment. 

Another weekend is over. A really lovely weekend. I’m sorry to see it go.
