Weekend road trip brought a drive into a sunset that reminded me of drawings that I did when I was a kid — the sun hovering just at the horizon with rays bursting through the sky. I’ve never seen anything quite like this. It was unbelievably perfect. The photo doesn’t do it justice.
(Yes, photo was taken while I was driving. Eyes didn’t leave the road. Much. Don’t judge.)
Saturday I took advantage of the beautiful temperatures and walked several miles worth of trails. And I shopped a little. Ate a little. Helped a friend a little. Exhaled a little.
Now I’m home with all of the windows and the back door open — and a stack of kitties checking out my new Buddha man on the back patio.
