We’ve gotten so much snow … and the closest I’ve gotten to it is looking at it through the front and back doors. Looks like our house has been hit by some sort of bug, so Drew and I haven’t left the house in a few days. But the snow is still wonderful from a distance. Here’s hoping for more. 

As you might have noticed in the top photo, I’ve not put our outdoor Christmas decorations away. I know. I’m lame. I figure if they’re out by Valentine’s Day, I’m okay. Although the window box decorations are actually frozen in there. So those are staying put until a nice thaw. 

 Even the little birds scavenging for food on our patio were trying to keep covered during the snowfall. Their sweet little tracks run along our line of hedges and under our table and chairs. Resourceful little guys. 

So happy to see the weekend. Here’s hoping for healing and happiness. Think I might redesign the blog. Who knows.
