1,535 pounds of World Championship pumpkin*. While California and the rest of the pumpkin-yielding world celebrate this freak of nature, does it bother anyone else how much this thing resembles Jabba the Hut? Makes me shudder. Dude has always grossed me out.
But on more positive pumpkin note, I made pumpkin spice cupcakes for a colleague’s birthday this evening. The house smells like Thanksgiving and feels totally happy.
