Just abut three weeks until school starts. I’m trying very hard not to dwell on the fact that this will be the last time that I send Drew off to his first day of school. And next year will be the last first day for Tanner. It’s weird. It’s like that feeling you have when you are on a really long road trip when you realize that you need to start paying closer attention to the map and watch for the highway sign to head in a new direction. But I don’t want to think about it right now, so I’m going to enjoy the rest of our summer.

I signed up for something kind of fun today called the Sketchbook Project. I have no idea how this is going to turn out, but I’m looking forward to it!
