So happy to see bees going about their business. Sure wish we’d start seeing more.
On a less serious note…so I missed the finales of my favorite reality shows and I’m just now watching the recordings of Top Model and the Amazing Race. A few weeks ago, it was the Project Runway finale. The absolute best thing I can say about all three finales is:
- Top Model: unless I missed it, they didn’t have my favorite photographer on the entire season and the winner is in no way pretty, but at least it wasn’t Angelea. Biggest disappointment, hands down.
- Amazing Race: Dan and Jordan turned out to be a little slimy, but at least Brent & Caite and Carol & Brandy didn’t win (especially the later. Omigosh, the most hateful women.).
- Project Runway: don’t understand the second place finish for Emilio, but at least Mila didn’t win.
That’s it. That’s the best that I can do. “But at least..”. No more reality shows for me for a long time…but at least we have old seasons of Cosby Show on dvd.
And keeping with today’s theme… it was a stormy day and the Cardinals lost, but at least the sun was out long enough for my kids to enjoy an afternoon game at Busch Stadium and some amazing seats (gave them the tickets I won yesterday).
